http://code.google.com/p/zxing/wiki/GettingStarted - this is an open source qr code reader. the bulk of my code will be based on this.
http://del.iciou.us/help/api/posts - this is del.iciou.us api for uploading posts to their site.
http://qrcode.kaywa.com - this is an excellent resource for generating qr codes, this site allows you to code text, phone numbers, sms messages and urls. I will be using this site to be generating urls to upload to del.iciou.us
